“My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.”
                        - Psalms 45 v. 1

I am ready to hold unto my revelation until I see a performance.

Immediately the angel left Mary, she took a step, ‘without any consultation or approval from her husband to be.’ Luke 1 v. 39

“Just as a child seeks guidance and direction from his parent, so are we expected to seek guidance and direction from God at all times.”

“Brokenness means giving the Holy Spirit complete access to every areas of my life.”

‘As weaker vessels’, means before weaker there is weak!

“Promotion does not come from the south, east or west, it comes from the Lord. It will happen in such a way that when it comes, you’ll know that it’s the Lord who has done it.”

“That my faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.” 1 Corinthians 2 v. 5

How do I wait?
What is the reason for the wait?
What is my attitude when I’m waiting?
#TheWaitingPeriod

The kingdom of God is not something that’s about to happen,
The kingdom of God has already happened.
It is here- it is within me.

“…But wisdom is profitable to direct.” Ecclesiastes 10 v. 10b

#What Is My Assignment
Bishop Samuel Ukaegbu

I can make a choice to please God.

How do I sustain value?
Value is sustained in the place of prayer and discipline.

THE WAITING PERIOD.

#MYTHOUGHTSMONDAY!

“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength;  they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and  not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

                                    - Isaiah 40 v. 31

There are several types of waiting. And here is listing a few…

I) The waiting when I set myself apart to seek God for an experience.

II) The waiting when I’m trusting God for a need.
III) The waiting when I need a miracle/ an expectation to be met.

IV) The waiting when I’m faced with a difficult, confusing and challenging situation.

V) The waiting to fulfill purpose.

VI) The waiting when I need a promotion/ elevation to a next level, position or phase.

Waiting on God requires an attitude…

Firstly, I have to trust that God is with me. Isaiah 43 v. 1-2

“But now thus saith the Lord for I have redeemed thee…”
“When thou passet through the waters, I will be with thee…”

Secondly, I have to be strong in faith. Romans 4 v. 18-22

“Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations…”
“He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God…”

Thirdly, I have to bask in the knowledge that his grace abounds richly. 2 Corinthians 12 v. 8-9

“For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me.
And he said unto me, my grace is sufficient for thee…”

Fourthly, there has to be a preparation on my part. ‘Be proactive.’ An inquisition about the need for the wait. 1 Chronicles 12 v. 32, Proverbs 16 v. 1, Hebrews 11 v. 24-25

“And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do…”

“The preparations of the heart in man, and the answers of the tongue, is from the Lord.”
Expectations gives a guide/ direction for preparation. Preparation assures me of expectation.

The bottom line is thus…

If I'm waiting to be found or seeking a life partner, then I have to not only be available but I need to prepare to be the best as a wife/ husband. I don’t have to wait until that guy/ lady comes into my life before I start developing or building myself to fit into that role.
1 Corinthians 7 v. 33, Ephesians 5 v. 22-33, Proverbs 12 v. 4; 14 v. 1

If I'm waiting for a promotion in my career/ work-place, I have to know that promotion doesn't come from the east, west or south, but from God. With that knowledge, I still have to be diligent in my business and faithful with little.
Psalm 75 v. 6-7, Proverbs 22 v. 29; 24 v. 33-34

If I'm waiting to fulfil purpose, I don’t have to just stand and watch to see what he’ll say to me, but I need to have my writing tools ready. I have to ask God to reveal them to my spirit. I also need to understand that not every revelation received needs immediate conferring, until I am fully convinced with knowledge, insight and understanding of it.
Habakkuk 2 v. 1-3, 1 Corinthians 2 v. 9-12, Galatians 1 v. 16-18

If I wait with the right attitude, then I’ll be free from depression, anxiety, fear and the likes.
But I’ll be focus to know the reason for my wait.
And wise enough to be patient and trust God while I'm waiting.

2016 in view….

ARE YOU READY? ARE YOU PREPARED? ARE YOU AVAILABLE?

DEBBIE'S DIARY: #MYTHOUGHTMONDAYS!

So I recently saw a young lady, holding a book she was reading
And I quickly remembered reading same in the year 2005
Actually, it was one of the books that began to shape my perspective on being a woman

This made me pick it up from my library to flip through the pages again,
And I'll like to share...

"Most people are unprepared for the marriage relationship."

                            - Page 24, Understanding The Purpose and Power of  A Woman by Dr. Myles Munroe.

"Getting married is one thing, while maintaining and growing in the relationship is another."

                                                - Page 25, Understanding The Purpose and Power of A Woman by Dr. Myles Munroe.

Then I had a flash back on a prayer I made as a spinster:

"Father, until you've finished preparing me as a friend, a companion, a helper, a soul mate and a boon companion to my husband, let him not find me yet."

And this was in 2005.Then sometime in 2013, eight (8) years down the line,I began to feel like the wait and finding on 'his part' was taking too long,I changed my prayer to:

"Father, whatever preparations that's left before he finds me, I humble myself to learn."

Before the end of 2014, the next year...I was engaged officially. And presently I'm having a blast being married.

So for singles out there,Bachelors and spinsters,Don't say, "I'm single and I'm searching"Rather say, "I'm single, but I'm preparing"

"Being available for marriage is one thing,

But being prepared is the real deal."

                                                                                       - @ODVictoria

TAKING A CHANCE ON LOVE!

#VickyPRSH '015...
#BeautifulMoment!
#ThisOneIsForYou.

A SPECIAL EDITION.

I had never said the words...
'I Love You' before and meant it.
But telling you and being completely,
Madly and insanely in love with you,
Has and still remains quite deep for me.

Trust is deep!
Trust is giving up ones self completely
In Trusting someone,
You're saying i'm not afraid
Not because I don't have to be,
But simply because I have faith in you,
You're saying i'm not insecure
Because you've got my back,
You're saying I Love You
Because I know that you love me
And I believe in the love you have for me,
You're saying i'll always do what's right by you
Because I'm committed to you.

When I insisted on going for service (NYSC) first,
It didn't make sense to friends and family.
However, by October 2011, when I was done with NYSC,
You were the sense I made out from that decision.

God bless the day we first set eyes on each other
Loving you was magical
Staying in love has been adventurous
Understanding each other has been fun
I can see us smiling in our future
I'm grateful our paths crossed
I'm also glad we took a chance on love
I'm happy for this moment
And I promise you my heart forever

Now you take my hands...
As I yours...
Conquering together
Acquiring together
Growing together
Sharing together
Shinning together
Building together...
On that solid rock that's greater!
HAPPY MARRIED LIFE TO US!!!

STARTING CAPITAL.

DEBBY SAYS: THURSDAYS QUOTES!

"We claim that the VISIONS are from God and yet we don't trust Him to fund it.
Hence, the 'get money first' attitude before we start.
Anyway for some people, they have to work first, for others, they just start with almost nothing.
It all varies though on our assignments and our personal capacity."
                                 - VickyDeborah Duruji

"On a second thought God may be looking at us to see how passionate we are about the assignment..."

                                             - Chinyere Idoko Ezugwu

Pictures from the dedication/ launching out of my NGO last year.

I'm presently working on a lot of projects presently and I'm not relenting or discouraged about low funds.

I'm pushing on...
I'm moving forward...
I'm working tirelessly...
Because I'm passionate about what I am doing.

Are you working on that assignment?
Is your passion still alive?

Feeling great about my projects. We fill you all on it soonest.
Hugs & Kisses.

IT IS WRITTEN II.

MY LOVE FOR BOOKS AND A PAIR OF HEELS: BOOKS AND HEELS WEDNESDAY!

"Do you have a picture of who you want to become?
  Have you written it down?
What are your mapped out plans (strategies) in bringing forth this picture into reality?
Are you diligent with your little to attain your aspired?"

                                    Ponder on these questions...

So He entered and opened the book, then read out what was written and He went on to testify of the manifestation and performance of what had been written. Luke 4 v. 17-20

It is the sixth month in my year of divine uncommon connection 2015. Half of the year is gone already.

What are those notes, action points, revelations, ideas, prayer points, to do list, to read list,...that you had written down in your journals earlier this year?

Sweetheart its time to take up that book and revise it.!!!!!!!

God has already began working and I can testify to it. I took out time last month to revise my church journal.

You should do same and maybe we all will get a chance to share our journals in a subsequent blog post.

Enjoy your day.

I AM A PROPHETIC WOMAN: #TUESDAYS DECLARATION!

BEGINNINGS II.

DEBBIE'S DIARY: #MY THOUGHTS MONDAY!

Image result for ONE MONTH ANNIVERSARY PICTURE FRAMES WITH CAKEVIKIDEBSCRIB.COM CELEBRATES!

I got the push to commence blogging when I started my sewing classes.
Because at the end of each days learning, I'll come home and put down the experience in my journal;
It felt really good reading what I had written,
So I kept thinking how nice it would be to share my writings with the public
That way i could improve and be a better writer...
Cos, boy!!! I just love me the art of writing.

I don't know my style of writing yet,
Or if its even a style in itself...
But that's left for me to research on.

It has not been easy since I began..
Combining Work, Sewing Classes, My NGO (DKCC), House Chores, Usual Daily routines...
However, though, I am so loving every moment and every post.

More One Month Anniversary pictures coming...
Cheers!!!!!!!!!!!

"Be pro-active in all your doings
  Ruth was recommended to Boaz
  Because she didn't relax,
She was busy in the field.
To attain Relevance you must show Determination."

                                  -VickyDeborah Duruji

Don't get too familiar in your comfort zone,
And don't get so irritated in your uncomfortable situations.

Find a way to balance it.
Apply wisdom to your passion.

Commitment is terrifying...
Yet Ruth in an unfamiliar zone, still showed zeal.

So get up, Find a medium
             And express your vision.

Enough with the talks!
More with the steps...
No matter how little*

If you have to plead with a servant to harvest in his master's field....
If you have to use paper, maker, thumb pins and ribbons in place of a well printed banner...
If you have to share office space...
If you have to eat under the table...

DO IT!!!!!!

Only have this in mind...
I know where I am going;
My gaze is fixed on the prize;
I'm pressing on till my picture becomes my reality.

IT IS WRITTEN.

MY LOVE FOR BOOKS AND A PAIR OF HEELS: #BOOKS & HEELS WEDNESDAY!

Today I want to talk about the art of writing with emphasis on church notes/journals.

So many of us hardly take bibles to church not to talk of a note or journal for jotting.

When Jesus entered the temple at 12 years, he had a script to read because someone had written down, documented and filed in what we now have as scriptures.

When he was tempted after his 40 days fast, he made reference to what has been written.

Heaven itself has records of every man's deeds and we shall all give account on the last day.

What reference do YOU have when faced with situations and when in doubt.

A lot of rhemas, revelations, instructions, prophecies and declarations are made whenever we find ourselves in the atmosphere of his presence. Some we remember faintly afterwards and others we forget completely.

Personally, I don't joke with my church notes/ journals. I still have my church notes/journals I used as way back as 2003 till date in my personal library.

You can't meet me in a gathering as a matter of fact without my pens and writing pad.

Finally, I don't just write down and forget about it. Most times I pick up my notes/journals and revise them. I also have a habit of revising my note towards the end of every year. That way I get to remember what was written, action points and also right out things I need to ponder on.

  • What messages of 2013 can you still remember?

  • Did you revise your 2013 church note/ journal at the end of the year?

  • Would you like to revise your 2013 church note/journal?

  • If your answer is YES, then I employ you to comment by saying so. And also to take time between now and next week Wednesday which is 6th May, 2015 to send me vickydeborahduruji@gmail.com  a summary of your revision or a fraction of it. You'll be surprised at things you've forgotten about that you will remember.

Now you know the importance.
Revise your 2013 church note/journal and send to my email.!!!
I will be so delighted to read it and I promise to publish it on my blog on a future date.

Hugs & Kisses.

ON THE ELECTIONS.

I AM A PROPHETIC WOMAN: #TUESDAYS DECLARATION!

"Prayer does not change or move God's will in our direction but it changes us and moves us in the direction of God's will."

                           - Matthew 26 v.42

During the pre-election and election phase, I carefully chose to be quiet and speechless to opinions and comments made, even from those who said that 'God said or told them', because after it was all over some persons who had made severally utterances have been left in a state of dejavu.

Now, this was what I kept saying and speaking, this was my personal opinion and comment....

"Father, let your will be done in NIGERIA."

It is not about the person who is elected but about the one who allows such a person to have that privilege to serve. Proverbs 21 v. 1

Change is not brought about by election, nomination or appointments. We all as individuals are responsible for change.

Take out time to pray for our leaders and elected leaders in NIGERIA as today marks one month to the hand-over and swearing in of the president elect.

We are making declarations that their hearts will be subjected to the authority of God's direction and will for our nation 'NIGERIA'.

JOIN ME every Tuesday on my
Facebook
page
- Onyekachi Duruji

And via TUESDAY'S DECLARATION Whatsapp group chat-+2348033150596,+2348180738056.

As we make declarations and take hold of our land in prayers.

Hugs & Kisses.

STAY ON YOUR SCRIPT...

DEBBIE'S DIARY: #MY THOUGHTS MONDAY!

I want to encourage and motivate someone today to...

"Stay on your Script until you get the right answers"

                                                  - VickyDeborah Duruji.

"For it is the glory of the Lord to conceal a matter and the honor of Kings to search it out." - Proverbs 25 v. 2

A lot of times, God gives us visions and ideas and then we want to see them happen immediately.

A vision is the picture in my imagination and sometimes this pictures comes in little pieces. So if you rush out after you get one single idea without confirmations you might stop half way through it because you weren't patient enough to wait.  Abraham waited, Moses waited, Jesus waited, YOU too can wait. Commit your work unto the Lord; trust him; and he shall bring it to pass.

"WHATEVER GIVES YOU JOY WHEN YOU ARE DOING IT, IS A VISION."

"WHATEVER YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT, IS A VISION."

For me, the first thing to do after getting an idea or a vision, is to write it down and thereafter commit it to the Lord so that he shall establish it.

"The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the Lord.
All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the Lord weigheth the spirit.
Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established."
         - Proverbs 25 v. 2

I received my first assignment in April, 2007 and accomplished it on the 15th and 16th of July, 2007.

Between 2007 and 2009, ideas kept coming with series of revelations, instructions and encounter and I never stopped writing them down. Then in 2009, I got the name for my NGO which you already know by now: DYNASTY OF KINGS CAPACITY CENTRE. By this time my imaginations began to look clearer to me and I started putting all the little pieces together.

Then finally in 2014, 7 years after my first assignment, I was able to launch out / dedicate my NGO. I am now planning for my official launch / fund raising event.

"No one ever achieved their assignments by staying within the confines of their comfort zones.
Do not limit your dreams and plans to only what you can figure out.
Do not bury that God inspired dream or idea just because you are uncertain of how it willl turn out.
Take it to God in prayers and be ready to launch out in faith as he leads."
          - Pastor Taiwo Odukoya

Honestly and truthfully speaking since 3rd March, 2014 when I started planning to launch till date after I've launched out, I have joy unspeakable from within and a sense of walking in my ordained path. Its not been easy, but it has been fun. And I long for better days.

Are YOU staying on your script....?

Thats a food for thought.

Hugs & Kisses.
