I had never said the words...
'I Love You' before and meant it.
But telling you and being completely,
Madly and insanely in love with you,
Has and still remains quite deep for me.
Trust is deep!
Trust is giving up ones self completely
In Trusting someone,
You're saying i'm not afraid
Not because I don't have to be,
But simply because I have faith in you,
You're saying i'm not insecure
Because you've got my back,
You're saying I Love You
Because I know that you love me
And I believe in the love you have for me,
You're saying i'll always do what's right by you
Because I'm committed to you.
When I insisted on going for service (NYSC) first,
It didn't make sense to friends and family.
However, by October 2011, when I was done with NYSC,
You were the sense I made out from that decision.
God bless the day we first set eyes on each other
Loving you was magical
Staying in love has been adventurous
Understanding each other has been fun
I can see us smiling in our future
I'm grateful our paths crossed
I'm also glad we took a chance on love
I'm happy for this moment
And I promise you my heart forever
Now you take my hands...
As I yours...
Conquering together
Acquiring together
Growing together
Sharing together
Shinning together
Building together...
On that solid rock that's greater!
