WITHHOLDING NOTHING.

The greatest lesson to be learnt from Abraham's faith in God is that he was prepared to do anything for God.

"And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of."
"And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with him. and Isaac his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the place of which God had told him."

                                                                       Genesis 22 v. 2-3(KJV)

I AM PREPARED
TO DO ANYTHING
FOR GOD.

It's been an awesome quiet moment.

I thank you Lord for the strength renewed.

Your timing is perfect.

I submit to your leading.

THE WILL TO DO.

I was reminded lately on the need to always look inwards and assess ourselves whilst answering the question- what do I have?, that can enable me get what I want.

At some point during college, my favorite exhortation/charge which I loved to share was the miracle that happened to one of the wives of the sons of the prophets, whose husband died but left her in debts and the creditors were about to take her two sons to be salves. She seek help from prophet Elijah, and he didn’t just stopped at asking her ‘what she wanted him to do for her?’ but went further to ask her ‘what do you have?’. And that which she considered little was multiple. The rest of the story you can find in 2 Kings 4 (NKJV)

I know someone has asked God/ is trusting God to do something for them this month and in this year 2016. I want you to look inwards at what you have? What you can use? Etc

After you discover or re-evaluate that which you have, the next step is to act positively. Another great story that corroborates that of the widow’s, is the feeding of the five thousand. When Jesus saw the crowd, he wanted to test his disciples. Phillip while wondering the amount of bread that would be sufficient, answered Jesus in the negative. Andrew likewise, having seen a young lad with five barley loaves and two small fish also wondered at what little could do among so many. But when that little was brought forth, it fed five thousand and there was remnant. John 6 v. 5-11 (NKJV)

What you have compared with what you want to achieve might be a big joke, leaving you at that state of wondering -how?

The how? My dear is putting up a positive behaviour/approach, answering in the affirmative and having the will power to do.

We all are in a journey to self with each step and action being the driving force to reaching our destination.

You can decree today that:
I receive the will power to do.
I choose to act positively daily.

Hugs & Kisses
